If traders consider dovish tone as economy isn't in a good shape and has risks. EUR and JPY will go up SPX and risk assets will go down. My thoughts.

The SL has not yet hit, and it looks like the tp1 will hit during the manipulation during the news event.

Pre release spike, this is not good sign, similar to that pre draghi release. Some news leaking??? Maybe but this is not good sign for bears.
