I see that a large number of traders and news articles are bullish heading into FOMC. Personally I am not ignoring the long term trend and opened up a moderate sized short (for my account) at 1.08392 with an exit placed at 1.07410. I view this long pop off support as a gift. The trend is our friend until it isn't. I hope there is a huge whip saw so we all get paid. Faith not fear gentlemen. I wish you fortune.

I am wondering is there a ea or indicator that buys or sells only 1 order (no martingal ) and that is profitable. Or at least almost profitable.
Or maybey you want to share the most used indicator.
Like to hear from you all.

no such thing my friend
all indicators are lagging " i.e. they follow the price "

those that show to be leading indies are repainting !!!
the only indies i believe to be leading indictors are :

trendlines
channels
S&R
fibs
patterns

offcourse if used wisely and that comes only with time and experience
you can even make your own fib lvls later on

i consider supply area at EU between these 2 lines
@1116 : retest of broken trend + 50% fib + S/R line
@1255 : retest of broken trend + 61.8% fib + S/R line

both charts EU & DXY are almost the same patterns in opposite directions

will see how far the EU will get before rate hike

If you compare our charts, you will see that we all see the Forex chart with different eyes and different experiences in life. That is why none of our charts look the same. Your job as a Forex trader is to align the tools that are right for you on you chart in a way that the market makes sense to you. Then, you can bring your chart here and compare it to others' charts for support and further learning.

That is how you will become successful at Forex. Dig deep my friend. You will have to bare everything to the market on your charts. The market will see right through even the smallest amount of insincerity and squash them trade after trade. And, when you this happens, the more you blame the market the farther away you become to Forex success.

You have a lot of work in front of you!

I think the price reaction near 1.1080, if we get there, might give a clue. otherwise ranging market is expected this week. one last point would be the stock market behavior this week which might be a game changer, so this should be watched closely as well.

no such thing in forex

I totally agree with you about " probabilities "
thats why every trader should have plan B if the market went against him
and i have one of mine

but

traders use whatever kind of analysis that they understand in order for certain probability to be more likely to happen than other probabilities in mind

thats the point of analysis in the first place
otherwise we would be just gambling here

Posting here is not about self-confidence but rather is about exchanging and sharing ideas & thoughts with other members
so make the benifit of registering here at FF weather you were right or wrong is a different issue

cus ppl use different methods of analysis according to their experience in trading
different tools give different results
thats why i never disagree with anybody giving any opinion where the price might head next
because of that fact

about the EU
i believe the EU will be back to 1020 very soon
and the price already made the structure required for it " according to my methodolgy "
going further below would be just for better long entries

(old testament for Christians) ,, pigs, camels etc shouldn't be eaten.. (cud and hoof ) , (fish with scales and fin eatable) pigs shouldn't even touch you. the the C J and M have pretty much the same beginning before splintering off. some have relaxed the custom.

make it known your weapons and bullets contain pig blood.. spray isis strong holds with pig bood and urine. drop leaflets before.. watch them run..

drop pig parts in rivers and streams (wells) servicing isis. make it known your doing it..

'Most used Indicator', You do realize that over 90% Forex traders lose. Why would you want to trade just like everyone else, making money in this Business is more to do with money management, Using the right Stops, Moving stops correctly, locking Profits, Adding to winners and taking them out sensibly and when you are wrong, account should not take a strong hit. That is it, its that simple! Protect your Capital and move like a turtle.

With your current mentality, you will spend maybe months or years just jumping from one system to another. There is no perfect system, I had to lose a LOT of money to realize this fact. Now my charts are empty, It's funny I just trade with Support & Resistances and self-drawn Trend-lines. Colorful fancy rainbow Indicators appear more attractive to traders, they will never make you money, because they react after a move has been already been completed. I suggest you to learn how to use fibs,S/R, trendlines, moving averages and maybe patterns, just go to Trading systems section and stick to one method. Work your way up to minimizing losses and eventually you will make it.

Just think logically, if there were profitable EAs in the market, wouldn't these guys selling it for $9.99,$29.99, $99 be using it themselves and making a fortune? These people are good marketers, they know how to sell their product. Same goes for many 'GURUS' they drive their Porsche boxster completely funded by Gullible wanna-be rich newbies.

If it crosses 1.11250 then I feel 1.12560 is where E/U will start falling from... Lets see...
