your welcome, I assume you got in around 1.0875/80
it wrestles with pivot atm so always a good level to consider exit, I am looking for a deeper move below but I have tightened the stop.

Not so sure. Don't forget that smartphones (read: globalization, the manufacture of consumer electronics and access to opportunities via the Internet) have raised the disposable income in the third world. Before the smartphone era, what did places like India and China have to sell to the US and Europe? Now they have access to many more manufacturing jobs, engineering jobs, and even (in India) service jobs that they didn't have before. So, to that extent, they can afford both smartphones and gold, whereas before they couldn't.

i didnt forget. more and more exposure to others customs. will probably dilute emerging market customs. you can take a savage out the jungle, and in a few months. give him the internet. and in a few weeks of tapping keys. he will be viewing porn on his pc. he may not want to go back..

Yes 1.0874 to be exact. Was watching the level you suggested and figured it does not always reach them but as long as its close enough, why not. Its always good to tighten stops. Anyway i am looking for my next move. Thanks man

0888 is common.. closing above 0885 is probably a more bullish future

FYI: Smartphone era has evolved in India some 7-8 years back and India's offerings have not changed since then. Below is an answer to what India had to offer to US and Europe before the Smartphone Era and till the date.

a) Textiles (17%)
b) Precious stones & metals (20.7%)
c) Pharmaceutical products (12.8%)
d) Mineral Fuel, Oil (6.8%)
e) Machinery (5.4%)
f) Organic chemicals (4.5%)
g) Vehicles, excluding railway (3%)
h) Articles of Iron and Steel (2.9%)


There were hell lot of things which I could not type in here but I guess that is enough for anyone to know before putting across their opinion because Someone's opinion about something does not have to be the reality. And I am 100% sure the same is the case with China because their 2.3 trillion dollars reserves is not merely just the consequences of SMARTPHONE ERA.

That's why I said after 'smartphone (read: globalization, the manufacture of consumer electronics and access to opportunities via the Internet)' i.e. smartphone as short for all those things instead of spelling them out each time. When I was I kid we had ONE thing in our home made in India, and it was a Sari that my Uncle , who worked in the oil industry and traveled in India and Pakistan, gave my mother. There were NO cars made in India owned by anyone I knew, NO drugs made in India used by anyone in my family and NO consumer electronics made in India used by anyone I knew. I grew up in the US, and in fact (and this is an accurate statistic), when I was a kid growing up in the 60s, 90% of everything you would find in the average US home was made in the USA. That's pretty accurately reflected in this graph - you can see exactly when India's GDP takes off in it, (And a graph of China's GDP from the 60's to now will show a similar takeoff period).
