The last trade was long .. small profit ... it was nothing ...

Fundamentally I don't understand what was happened, ECB and UJ .. I was expecting a hawkish statement from Yellen, was wrong to assume ... Anyone care to share their thoughts?

Trying to play the funnymentals game will get ya eventually.
Having to guess right both the news itself and the reaction to it is a lot harder than simply following what price actually does.
