Can't see much of retrace if nfp comes as expected or few points above. Upside is limited too to 1.109x called earlier by a few.

yes thats right 100% gain per year is much better.just viewing your profile ,my eye point on this thread .

and talking about balls .every 4-5 year older forex trader at least have 4-5 balls .just like today thousand of traders lost many balls.

You are right with your views but it's just the difference of opinion and experience what makes him manage more than $2 million dollars. I donno how he could keep those positions open for days. I would probably not do that but like I said that's what separates average traders from the classy ones. His long term views are E/U going to parity in 6 months, so he always (99%) shorts E/U.

Todays move is purely positioning matters. ECB has just eased more, cut depo rate, signaled an open ended QE. Today as well Yellen signaled that a rate hike is a done deal on december. Despite the fact that ecb has disappointed the market, the market is known for overshooting, the market expectation of massive easing package was as well overshooting, as well as the move today. Everything happend today was euro negative, yet the move was only related to short squeezing. the fact is euro is overvalued above 1.1 and it is undervalued below 1.05. No one in europe or in usa is comfortable with euro lower than 1.05. Thus they acted accordingly.

EU,+222 (20 lots +11.1) late entry buy just caught a small piece of this move in 3 seconds after pullback and break of 1.07000 key level after EURO had reached a 7 year low. Hope some banked nice pips!

No talent needed here, just pull the trigger, grab the momentum and go for the ride

I understand your stance but i tend to disagree with your analysis.Purely talking statistics, it can be visually interpretted, and obviously empirically, that anything around 1.065 to 1.071 or even 1.081 is in normal volatility range. Anything ahead of that is a tail event. The move today is certainly one. So if tails are formed even at 10 to 15 percent confidence intervals, trades on todays candles would be a gamble and not a probabilistic trade.Of course i tried to gamble as well, i won some, i lost more, so stopped gambling. Techs did definately point the bounce, i have also attempted to point these levels in my earlier posts, but not to target where we are now. Imo, techs are currently a moot point for at least a few days.
