In Yen.

Yes, for now. USDJPY, with the stock market, should fall till spring 2016 and raise again in March or April.

Fall to around 130, right? That is what I was expecting.. If oil drops then it is good for Japan which depends on oil imports and oil dropping offsets the the YEN depreciating against the USD as oil is bought in USD..

Yes, somewhere around 112-113. The closer to target, the clearer you should see.

USDJPY find good support from the rising 13-day average at 122.73. I think to go long at 122.69/60, stop/reverse below 122.15, for 124.45.

Oh.. So you are actually expecting the dollar to weaken and YEN to strengthen, correct? This would mean that the EURO would also strengthen and that oil prices would rise as well.

Yes but they won't act with one melody. I believe EURO would raise in December, maybe 9th or 20th, I will pay attention to its pattern shape during these days.

Hi Sun,

Absolutely, on its own the daily MA would mean nothing. That's why I mentioned the confluence with a major support level and confluence with H4 200 MA. Two 200 MAs across TFs coinciding together plus a support level makes me take a closer look at what's going on. Of course, proper price action and a "clean" news environment are still needed.

These factors on their own would not be sufficient. Put them together though and the chance for a bounce increases.

Present decline towards 121.40 looks impulsive for the beginning of a larger wave C down.

If they raise the rate this month in America then the YEN could tank further. I read a report from GS or MS the other day that they predict 4 increases starting in April of next year. If so then the YEN may start slowly increasing and perhaps as you say to 112-113 and then tank in April back down once the FED raises rates. Is this what you were thinking? YEN to appreciate until April of next year and then drop from there?
