we apply moving averages to price data,
we can apply moving average to RSI data, CCI data, etc.
J Welles Wilder created the RSI in the 90's, then many traders use the RSI and applied moving averages to it to see short term, medium term, long term price momentum.
trading systems creator gave their own names to such Fozzy-RSI based systems.
