Hi Cashbox and thanks for posting. I'm out of touch on this issue. Which funds would need returned? Where did you get this information? Was there a KPMG release or one from FSCS or somewhere else?

Has anyone received their 45% yet?

just spoke with them and the guy said it could be this month and to contact them again in December if not heard anything.

I just got this reply from them. Every 3 weeks is a different excuse...

"Dear Mr Negrao

We had to put the payments on hold last week, as the JSA made a distribution. We will start making the payments again shortly. Please accept my apologies for the delay in making your payment"

From my experience, it's best to send [email protected] stating your frustrations ... then your case will get into escalation team to handle. Keep pressing them till the payment comes
I called fscs almost weekly until my case is handled by the escalation team.

Yes, got one. I don't know if I attend, it's basically wasted time for me (don't really care for the 60 quid they offer)

Yes, I have received my 45% balance of my money. I never had any CHF trade but I was on GBPUSD when the insolvency was announced.

Has anyone who had to submit forms to the FSCS been paid yet?

I sent my forms back a month and a half ago and still waiting... They have confirmed forms have been received but it is still under review..

Same here, under review of the case handler since 20. October 2015.
No trades at 15.Januar 2015: As long as it takes until now - I guess we will have a "yearly anniversary"

Just to let everybody know, I got my full amount paid back a couple of days ago.
I live in Saudi Arabia.

I also received an email from FCSC telling me that a payment has been made.

Just got my fund back from FSCS last thursday.... after multiple chasers and even file a complaint.

Once my complaint is filed, FSCS assigned a staff to follow up with the claims team.
I got paid after 1 month the staff is assigned to help me with the claims.

Before you ask, i have no trades in my Alpari acocunt on Jan 15 and i have to fill in paperwork because i have another account with Alpari with ZERO balance.
Due to the other ZERO balance account, i have to go through the paper application process.
