Hi,

I think it is not the market session alone that we need to consider. We need to look at each currency pair and know its volatility throughout the trading day and also what move that currency pair.You need to know its hourly volatility distribution through the average trading day.

I trade AU, AJ and EJ during the Tokyo session right up to the London close. Tokyo morning session is good for 10 to 20 pips, don't look for more. Resty of the day you can try for 50pips on H1 trading.

The other pairs EU and GU is bet traded during the European/London market sessions from Frankfurt open to London close. Liquidity is still the highest during the London session hence the larger trading range in pips.

I don't trade the EA, EN, ECad, GA, GN, GCad on H1. These are best for 4H swing trading during the week.

Trading requires patience especially when you trade H4 timeframe and above. When you have patience, wait for the high probability trade setups, the winners will come to you.
But for many traders, they want to see money fast so they trade the lower timeframes. Over a long term, most of the 95% losers are from those trading the lower timeframes.

Your suggestion is very good Emma, I think this is the direction I need to work in the future, with a small position, higher timeframes, in return for a more stable profit, less pressure, less time to stare, thank you very much, I think I should try to H4+ trading, open a small account, from 0.01 lot

The channel was broken last week and now price is retracing . Look at H4

I think that the next target will be 1.0500 and it is possible that euro equalize it's price with USD at 1.000 !

I am watching how it will close this month end.
1.097 is support and if this week H4 can test last week's low ... we can prepare for next month's position trading.

You have already the TDI RT in the sub-window.
Next you drag and drop the TDT Red Green into that same sub-window and make sure you set the line colour and thickness to show differently.

watching closely this current H4 close and the TDI Red Green will hook back up if the price close higher than previous close.

Hi Big Emm,

1. When selecting the pair for trading do you consider the upcoming news (fundamental news) or solely depend on confirmation of PA and TDI/Stochastic?
2. If yes, based on your experience which is best and profitable time to enter trade is it before the news of after news?

Why do you put the Synergy_Pro-TDI and the TDI RT ins the same window?
They do not have the same RSI parameters.

When Big E trade the H4, he did not bother about news release.

My experience is when I trade the D1 and W1 charts, news seldom reverse the market.

But when you are trading H1 and below, that's when all the traders get slaughtered with their small stops.

Trading news is more speculation.

Trading should be about technicals + fundamentals + market sentiments.

GBPUSD H1 27 Oct 30 mine to UK GDP data release.

PA hangs around 1.5350 but the data already known ....
