This ought to create some headwinds for the dollar. It's been on my mind for some time: How can the Fed stabilize the strong dollar?! We saw BoJ intervening in the market back when the unfortunate Fukushima event took place; however, I don't know how the US Fed, being the world reserve, could take any currency measures but to delay the rate hike until Europe stabilizes. What do you think?

Looks like bear is tired after breaking the TL or ECB wants range from 1.1 - 1.12
Something like 1.04xx from the beginning of the week

shorter or longer...depends on how we see the chart / time frame / sentiment / strategy etc. no exact...

Thanks! (I did) This reminds me of an old joke:

My guess is somebody who thinks Draghi's remarks were pre-coordinated with Yellen (in some discrete way) to offset the effect that will happen when the FED doesn't hike and comes out dovish again.....

it is like a game between ECB & FED to lower the value of their money to help their economy , Draghi knew that FED will postpone rate hike to 2016 and if that happen eurusd would fly from 1.13 to even over 1.2 and for prevention they put the market on pressure with their "words", if they have deflation (which they dont because commodity prices rising for 2 months about 7%) why they are telling it know instead of 2 months ego, now with this rate (1.1) for eurusd when the FED statement come it will rally to 1.18 which is better for eur.
