EURUSD
Trading plan for this pair.
I will look for PA at 1.1180 or/and 1.1250-80 for sell position targeting 1.0865, Weekly and daily pivots for smaller risk, second level is retest of broken channel lower line on daily chart.

What I've noticed is that EURUSD is pretty stable during asian/aussie trading sessions.

Then usually, it upticks/shows volatility at the start of Berlin hours. The recent big drops have come during the NY sessions as they place less value on european metrics.


Basically, NY has more of a bias on US news, and Berlin more on the Euro news. I don't know if someone can use a chart to prove this.

It could just have bounced already, since it fell right to the support of the channel it's in for months.

Hello all!

Looks like Draghi really wants to kill the poor euro :'(
Given the size of the move, I looked on monthly chart. I kinda ignored it for the last weeks...

But first daily: it looks awfully bearish. I think i'm not the only one that sees that broken channel. It's obvious af. I'm really worried by the speed of the last days. 350 pips in 50 hours is too fast imho. If this butchering keeps on going, 1.14 by end of 2015 looks like a walk in the park.

On monthly: the ab-cd pattern failed. A->B 3.5k pips in 11 months B->C 1.75k pips in 5-8months (this didn't happen).
If the pattern from the monthly chart occurred on a hourly chart, I'd look for a bounce to 1.2+ and retest of thin TL.

  1. Question is: what kind of shit has to happen during 2016 for the US$ to get so weak?

I give this scenarios this scenario small chances of happening.
So if it doesn't go up it must come down.(lol) ) 0.8 anyone? A freefall down to 0.8 would make for such a pretty price structure spanning 15 years <3

  1. Question is: can the US work with such a strong currency?


All in all, i'm short from under the channel, if it comes back up i'll add some.

Just for fun, last chart(monthly) i mirrored the big square and scaled it down a bit. If that pattern happens then E/U pair is the biggest LOL ever xD

Asian hours will always be stable, I think the volatility will come in when Europe opens later today.
I'm still bearish at this moment.
