Hi PipFlak,

I will look at the indicator after the next update. Here is a prototype of it. I am adding M1-D1 Candles to support Jibala's trend filter, M1&M5. With the initial release they will just identify one bar trends i.e. current close less prior close. Hopefully, she will weigh in on how she calculates her Trend. I have already made provisions for adding the RSI which will default to 2 periods but will be user defined. The SL and TP pips will be displayed for trades to help identify potential problems. And finally, the Major's currency strength will be moved to below the bottom of the panel.

To everyone else, I do not want to get bombarded with requests for your pet indicators to get included. This is how good threads like this one turn bad and useless when everyone is trying to pull in different directions. Let us keep our eyes focused on Trading the GAP.

The final thing is do not be deceived by the profits shown in the prototype. It ran all day unattended and at the same time another EA was running. Between the two, there were over 100 closed trades which produced losses. This illustrates that there is a long way to go to better filter out the losers and at the same time to identify how to improve stop losses.

Wow nice! Sorry I don't want to bombard you! I only mentioned it because Jibala has repeatedly stressed the too long/strong =no trade rule. Thanks looks great!

I never said that we measure any of these time frames. What I said is that "our analyzes stated...". Hence if you see a +/- GAP it should look like the screens:

Only by the numbers a claer uptrend on EURUSD but a negative GAP. That's why M1 & M5 is strong short!

can you tell which line controls ADR and PFO
Forex can only be understood backwards, but it must be traded forwards.

PFO = Pips From (D)aily Open. It is not controlled by any input
ADR=Average Daily Range. There is no input for it. It is the average of the 1,5,10, & 20 Period of the Daily ADR

I think I found my way, really don't know if I get you 100% though.... (For instance don't know if it's so important Bid Ratio percentage as a trade filter...)
Anyway, I see this GAP trading has a solid hard sense and works both ways: with the trend and against it. Let's try next week to have five positive days trading GAPs.
