Basically, this like an NFL game. The NFP had 2 bad games knocked the rate hike in Oct. Now, if NFP comes out strong 2ice, then it'll be game on for Dec.


But I agree that on trend what you are saying is what the plausible market behaviour.

Another side game going on is in the oil sector. The US house of reps has signed off lifting the ban on US crude. The senate might not agree and the president is threatening veto. On the other hand, OPEC is reaching a breaking point with the low oil prices. Russia has agreed to talking with Saudi Arabia and Iran's sanctions might be lifted by 24 Nov. The opec meeting is around then too. So, expct some volatility.

Dec is game off.....emerging markets are fuc!ked, china is slowing and likely going to need to devalue farther to improve exports. sovereign wealth funds that bought back in 08 are now hurting due too energy dropping and need to sell stock to rebalance. As soon as fed starts talking hike, watch risk off come on. There is no inflation, where is it? Assets are still too high, we will not get it until asset drop significantly, then we can get fair growth with fair prices and inflation. We are on the tail end of qe or 8 yrs of propped prices. hike is off, would not be surprised to see a recession in the US before the end of next year.....This is way beyond an NFP. Major moves coming here.

EURUSD (H4) - still bearish , price bouncing on Fibonacci fan 61.8 ( resistance levels), and 76.4 (support levels), expecting a breakout to the downside....

I'm done trying to get cute with it. Just going to hold it and not even check the price until mid November.
Doubt it will even go under .7150 before seeing .7700+. Dips will be shallow.

I revise my target to higher than 77cents.. some strong confluence comes in at .7834 to .7891

We have the 23.6% retracement of 1.1080 to .6900 coming in at .7891
We have the 76.4% retracement of .8162 to .6900 coming in at .7866
We have the 261.8% extension of .7279 to .6935 coming in at .7834

Before that is .7683/.7715 and .7491/.7536

I certainly won't rule out a bat pattern forming before the big move happens though.

Either way I'm not going to let noise shake me out of the long.
