I have a withdrawal request still waiting to be processed from mid may.. so about 45 days. When will it be processed? and what is your average time to process withdrawls? By the way suddenly live chat do not answer my queries, and same for email support.
I would strongly suggest to any member who could need to withdraw funds from his account NOT to open an account with Iron Fx

If you used bonus account and also made significant profit, it might take considerable time to get your money back. In my experience 3 weeks at least (but it was much earlier, before the SNB shock).

Good luck ---- and for what it's worth it should be a matter of time if you have not received an email from them saying otherwise.

Be aware that the only possibility we have at the moment
(Cyprus court is closed till September) is to attract the attention of
big and important media.
So let's post the truth on Twitter under the
hashtag #IronFx.
All depends on the number of messages that are
posted.
If a lot of messages are posted, #IronFx will become a popular
hashtag.
Economic newspapers (or football newspapers) will possibly
begin to be interested in the IronFx story.
For this reason I consider
Twitter a better medium than the forum where we are usually posting

IronFx is possibly insolvent, as they cannot pay withdrawals, loans and telephone bills.

But they are not obliged to file for insolvency, because Cyprus is a regulatory haven

Authorities in Cyprus do not check if investments firms have enough assets to cover liabilities. So firms can hide an insolvency situation.

CommexFx, whose license was suspended by the CySEC because of not paid withdrawals, had not to file for insolvency.

So be very careful, do not open new accounts and warn other investors.

Be also careful with people promising you that they can recover money from IronFx. That is not true. Do not pay anything in advance.

The only hope for investors is the ICF compensation fund. In case of insolvency, the compensation fund is obliged to compensate investors up to 20000 €

I don't want to give any credit to IronFX.

But, they actually do pay telephone bills. I called UK, Warsaw and HQ in Cyprus. They all answered. I had IronFX call me, three times in just two days. Last call lasted 30 min, as I was asking about these rumours. She worked hard to convince me that there is nothing going on. I asked why does funding nor support answer the phone anymore. She said funding does not directly communicate with clients anymore. It has to go through account managers. She asked if I would be transfered to support, which I eventually ended my conversation. For me it was just a test, I had no real issues with PC or software. I asked support guy why are they not answering the phone, I'v tried for days. He said support team is very busy as they also give support via chat.

Still, I'm extremly sceptical regarding IronFX. I have not been scammed yet, at least I don't think so. But sadly, I have a lot of money at IronFX. Losing all my money to a scam broker, what a paradox!

PS! I asked account manager, does my account have any suspicious activity? Where she replied, no! Not as far as she could tell, there was no "mark" on my account.

I have been trading with IronFX for a year now. I did a withdrawal request late last Monday, 24rth August 2015.

As of today, 1st September 2015, it's technically the 6th business day. They keep telling me, it takes upto 10 business days :-(

I got the following message which my account manager forwarded to me.

"Thank you very much for your inquiry!
Currently we are processing all withdrawal requests with a queuing system.
The reason of the delay with processing your request is because we identified a group of traders who are misused our promotions and acted against our T&C.
Because of this breach we started an investigation on all our clients accounts prior of processing any request. Your withdrawal request though is expected to be processed in due course.
From our side we will do our best to speed up the process.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,”

The above doesn't look very promising. I haven't accepted any bonuses for my account.
The withdrawal amount is roughly 1000$ to my credit card, the same way I have deposited the sum.
At this point, I can only wait for 10 business days, i suppose :-(

I know, all of you are eager to know the outcome of every case. I will keep you all posted.

My remaining $67,357 has now been pending since 24.August 2015

Nobody answers phone in Cyprus, I've mailed support, funding and compliance. No answer! As of today I've been told there's a slight delay from the funding department. I'm afraid the reason for delayed outgoing deposits is very severe, IronFX could very possible be insolvent. I've seen people missing $200 - $300 for months, wheather these clients are legit or not I can not verify. All I can say is that I've been waiting for my $67,357 for 14 working days. The €20,000 from the compensation fund is a total failure for me, I don't even want it. It's a disgrace!

Guys any news about IronFx except that theres an ongoing investigation? Anybody knows how long, before the CySec announcement on August 6th, the company was being investigated? Anyone knows how long the investigation might last?

There are some rumors that an Israeli billionaire might buy Ironfx and settle the withdrawals issue. Anybody has any information? Also can Ironfx be sold while there are so many court issues and an ongoing investigation? What if the companys license is suspended or revoked? I think if its suspended, CySec will give some time to the company to give back the money including profit back to the customers that wish it. If they dont or cannot, suspension will continue until license is revoked. Can the company be sold while the license was revoked?

Anybody in here received their pending withdrawal since February or the problem is still going on? If the funds were segregated, is there no way for the company to still access and use client funds? If they are in trouble that means they need money to pay expenses and salaries and other operational costs and if they are experiencing a bank run they will need that money. So much bad publicity I dont know even they are sold to someone else if they can recover after this. Are they still firing employees because they say they are hiring now?
