I think we'll start to come down now, ti's close to my upper limit for this current bull run, but how far remains to be seen. Diversion on the 30m chart at present, and the Dow is at a level where I'd expect a pullback. Momentum still north bound, though I believe it's turning, so there' should be a bit of a battle between the bulls and the bears until one or the other gains the ascendancy.

GM - two hours ago the Dow Cash made a new high for this move one tick under its 17,100 handle. Above 1 see resistance at the prior low of 17,127 with the 61% rertrace at 17,153. I have -ve divergence on my hourly chart.

Dax has hit an old S&R zone around this morning's highs with my next zone ~the 10,189 level and its .76 retrace at 10,235.......let's see what happens after XO

Asia is very bullish today with all markets in green and US futures are up as well. More room to run if you ask me

Euro looking like it's on the verge of a very strong break to the north on the Daily chart, which if the correlation remains in place should mean stocks come down.

I don't think so, I think we've topped for now - my charts are building for a southward journey, but still a bit early to say for sure, so you could be right

Price found support on the 10m 200ema and now just beneath the 76.4% retrace on the way back up. Now it's stuck between the two, so a good time for a mid-morning break.

That rejection at 10,148 was pretty significant, and was probably confirmation that we will not break out higher today. New York will drive things from now on, and the Dow is currently looking like it could put in another upward move though there's some resistance at around 17,130 so we';ll have to wait and see. Currently with the DAx I'd say we are where we began the day, with neither the Bulls or the Bears in control.

My guess is new highs next week and then maybe we could see a reversal take place next Thursday or Friday. Did not see one this wee so we could be due for one next week. Asia finished bullish today in the green. China added to yesterday's gains and the rest of Asia did as well. US futures are up now about .32% or 54 points which means last few days of gains held. I am sitting this out. Will wait to ride next drop down. I do regret selling my bulls too early though. Had I kept them I would have made a killing on them. Next time...

My guess is that once the DOW crosses 17,000 it will want to make some good gains to make sure it does not drop below 17,000. We saw that with the DAX as well.
