Hi all, how you can find a good setting without backtesting? mt4 can't backtest multicurrency that is crap. i like basket trading it is the same you trade on the stockmarket an stock portfolio. people are to much focused on single currency. trade the basket and calculate your exit based on the basket not on every singlepair. i hope soon will be come a platform for multicurrency basktesting. i will post my results end of the next week but i only trade countertrend on currency strentgh basis.

I think people should stop criticizing. If you find it useful for your trade use it, if not, move on to the next thread. Seller9 already mentioned so many times that the tool should not be taken as a trading strategy, but a tool to use with your own strategy. The plugins are to be used if only it suits your own strategy.

I don't know why people are expecting magic. So many people I have seen will say they have been tested in their strategy or trading style for years, but some people always expect quick fix and magic system. The summary is, you can use if it fits your trading strategy or style, if not, move on to the next thread.

Interesting strayegy with the news..Did you push the button on NY news time starting, or so after 10 minutes after important releases time? Who in the world would not like to trade only few minutes a day...You did closed manuelly but a hard stop ant tp (Equity) on this strategy can maybe improve in good way

I am currently only trading heavy impact news af few moments per day. loving it so far!!

this was a beauty! placed a breakout at exactly 14:30...

You missed one thing-everybody in this thread keep jumping from one setup to another...thats why nobody can find profitable setups...nobody use fixed SL in settings(if you use EA's-this is first thing you need to set)...everybody wants holy grail but nobody wants to make some effort.

Before or after the new? just trnd and 28 pairs?

it was right after (Natural Gas Storage) NY session. the news was at 5:30pm my local time and i was push trnd button then about 10 mins after about 17 arrows come up lol. i mean by close manually is (close all button ) . will see on the coming days. i liked it very much

Hi CrebCreb,

I enter by looking at the past few hours before the news. when the price stays faily stable i place a breakout on the 15m chart.
An entry is made after a 10 pip move.

then after 30 pips i start trailing by placing the SL on the high three bars back.


for all this i use a tool of a forum member named MasterBrent.

I absolutly love Casino and the road it is traveling and i personaly think that news trading is a strategy that would realy fit the dash.

Im new to this EA. any documentation about how to work with casino ? i installed all the files in to MT4 and i check videos but still have question about how to work with this. please help me..

built-in indicator like HAS that imports forex factory's calendar. working together with trend filters on the pin's.

1. could be used to disable that particular pair for a specific amount of time.

2. could be used to enter a brakeout trade with extremly acurate timing.
In My opinion, this could be great to implement in the dasboard, but personally I dont know if its technically possible, the best person who know it is Mr. Seller maybe he can consider this idea to the casino dashboard.

Sorry Guys and Gals, I am at the moment trying to fight off a category 6 Virus and it looks like it may take some more time, but after reading the posts I have missed I thought I should bring up a few thoughts about Casino.

1) Any trading plan should be KIS, don't try to get rich over night.

2) Back testing any plan in my opinion is useless, do you think that a 1 year chart in the past is going to look like the next year, forward testing takes longer but it is the only way. Also, even if a Demo trade plan looks great it may not perform in the real live market, I have this many times when going from demo to live. So when you go live with a plan you think will work, always start small because it may look different.

3) All of the filters in Casino, accept the HAS, try to give you the best idea of what is happening now.

4) The TRND plugin and the HnG plugins all use the present price action, the other ones may be lagging. You will find that the trend lines that the TRN Brk places on the chart are the same that another Trader use to post in this forum, of course the time they are drawn will make a difference.

5) Remember, we are only trying to find a trade plan that will get us a constant 25 to 75 pips per day, once we find this we than adjust our lot size and pick the best pairs to trade, we don't need to trade all 28 pairs, you can pick your pairs using the 8 Ball or the volatility button or any other method you like.

6) Casino is only one tool, if you like it use it, if not then don't use it, but don't condemn those who are trying to use it, one of them could be the next Billionaire, lets just hope he will pass his secretes along to the rest of us.

Thanks StOoOk for this strategie, I've tested it this morning with a TP of 105 €, here is the result after 12 minutes trading:
