that's the Day Open Line we see on H4 and H1 and lower TF.
This DOL is to help us see the Day candle of the previous days so we can trade he continuation of the previous Day candle bias.

Thanks for creating this fantastic TMS Monitor EA.
I downloaded all three versions TMS Monitor indicators and templates from “Monitor for 'Trading Made Simple' system”.
• Tmsmonitor.tpl
• #tms-monitor-v1.tpl
• #tms-monitor-v1.1.tpl

However, I encountered the following issues:

1.When I change TF, the values and label don’t change.
2.The TMS Monitor Recommendation column has many “Label” listed.
3.EG’s P-TDI & C-TDI should be down. However, on TMS Monitor version 1.1, the indicator shows up. The other two versions appear to be correct.

I’ve attached the screen shots below.

Hello all, I have one good IDEA and i want introduce it you. I am interesting what you think about my Idea, so pls comment me.
The IDEA is: I like trade with many pairs, for example 10 high volatility pairs and use only 4hour charts and use TMS system. for entry use TDI OB/OS level for entry and plus 5 EMA( 3 shift), when Heiken ashi candle cross 5 ema. Pls all comment me. Thanks

use 4h for entry, but always look daily TDI direction. if i use it for many pairs i think everyday i,ll catch around 500pips.

Hi!
I think a cross pointing in the other direction of the OB/OS zone would still be needed, because PA can be in these zones for a long time.

Oh, I see in your example that you used the crossing. But isn't that the exact method used so far, except you are trading ONLY the OB/OS zones, and the entry was done on the third candle? So you are missing out on other trades, such as bounce trades, about which Big E said they work, too.

Hi robuk! Emmanuel7788 explained about DOL and the link. I normally take only short trade when the price is moving down the DOL and take only long trades when PA is moving above the DOL, just my own preference.

i did not create that TM Monitor. Credit must go to FF member arbinka. I only use that in a clever way.

Thank You , I think that is a very sound idea , I have the DOL now ,just trying to get it on right time as my broker is not on GMT , is FXCM which I think is +3 gmt so I have to put to -3 ( I hope I have this right ) just trying to compare with your chart G/NZ

If your FXCM is GMT+3, just leave the DOL indicator at its default =0.
This will be the Sydney open hour.

EURUSD H1 +50
Set and forget (sleep) trade. Entered after the Yellen speech when price had settled. MBL was turning down, red and green apart, H4 was showing strong momentum and expected the early European session herd instinct to carry the continuation.

Hi All,

I've just joined up but have been lurking for some time. I have probably read about 20k posts on this thread now and I'm now starting to trade this strategy live. I've had mixed results, but I can see that most of the failed trades have been my fault.

I have just entered this trade on the EUR/AUD H1. Long @ 1.59225
I took the trade just after the second candle opened. Now on some previous trades I have done this and been bumped out on the S/L. On H4 trades I tend to use a 30 pip S/L and on H1 trades I have used a 20 pip s/l, however I do look at the previous bars (as described by Eelfranz)
I am also still trying to work out the t/p levels. I'm monitoring the charts, but I'm still not sure if its best to look for exit signals on the same t/f used to open the trade, or to look at the lower time frame charts for exit signals.

Anyway, any feedback would be very warmly welcomed! I'm already very grateful to everyone on here - this strategy has really turned my game around!

Thank you OS. You're T right about the key level. NY session has already started off at 5:00pm (my time). It's time when i normally used to closed my H4 trades and trade H1 only as Big E used to do and on friday's i don't trade H1.

I see your entry was far from the second candle. It worked well, no doubt, but is it advisable (even with the explanations you posted)?
