Not sure if this helps what you are talking about but I have a signal based on the RSI that tells me pretty reliably when something is NOT the last lower low or last higher high. Sometimes these signals will conflict - i.e the 4hr chart says
more down and the 5 m chart says more up. What usually happens is the 5 m signal will play out first and then
the 4 hr will play out (because the 5m is the retrace). Works less well when there two conflicting timeframes are closer - i.e conflict between H1 and 30 is not so good.
