Forgot to mention my simple rule; it it doesn't break out of range within 48 hrs it's likely to come back. Your GU long is from intraday level - mine is from Weekly

Ye same plan here. Shorting then and holding, either HH or lower tfs setups if it goes down without HH.

Actually, I don't think market has decided on an answer yet. US equities gave me the spike up & then more down (which I didn't trade) & I got some of the up on EU before the 1H made a butterfly reversal & now completed a perfect ABCD down. So where are we? Was the down just a way for EU shorts to get out to avoid more up? Or was it that so many bear & bull targets were at 1460? I can see EU going either way here, but as we are above daily mid bollinger band/20ma and higher than thursday, I think bias is for at least some up, but maybe just 100 pips, who knows. Note that we are still on trend for ABCD up to 1.15, just with an ugly piercing bear candle.

As for changes, talking heads appear to be gravitating toward the former minority view that Fed will never raise rates. So this view will start to become more widespread and gain at least more acceptance. Dot plot adjusted downward, negative rates mentioned were both big changes in my mind. GDP projections are also down in US from fed, along with inflation. To me, all this gives less credence to the US economy is humming along theory, although my personal opinion is that it still seems to be doing better than europe, but my opinion there doesn't really matter. So I conclude we are looking at range chop for awhile in EU, everyone taking profits on short term positions should win for a bit more.
