Usd/Cad has been rejected from 1.3260 before the upcoming FOMC meeting on Thursday. Support level can be found at 1.3226.

Here we go. The U.S. dollar dumping has begun.

Now along with the BIS, IMF, World Bank and Paul Krugman, Lloyd Blankfein the Goldman Sachs CEO said today that the U.S. cannot withstand a rate hike right now. Economists are split and the market has not priced it in. Perhaps 35% of analysts are predicting a hike. That is just what the fed does NOT want; a market shock. Oil inventories saw a draw of over 2 million barrels in the U.S. Supportive to CAD. Stay tuned.

The signals I am seeing are pointing to a complete trend reversal long term. I am expecting a nice long ride down here, but monthly trend reversals are very difficult to confirm point of entry I find. Regardless, I have shorts open as well.
