Japan has their own agenda and independent currency tied to both ends of EURUSD. Fun to look at negative correlation but in the end very costly to trade it. Only works on unexpected news. Many pips and dollars lost here trying to outguess the timing how it trades. I stopped looking at EURUSD and USDJPY together on the screens since it's ridiculous to try to scalp them both at the same time.

After the huge move up after the Fed non decision, conventional wisdom dictates a fib retrace to 38% or 50%. It's at 23% and has been bouncing there all morning since. There has been aggressive selling and profit taking moving the market down 15 pips in a few minutes, only to have the selling absorbed. There are a few possible scenarios one is that shorts may be in for a huge surprise as the market goes up violently to test and breach the 1.1440 announcement highs today.

I look at many macro factors.

I agree.
But I follow my system, but it doesn't mean that I'm going to buy immediately after a breakout.
