DislikedHi Seller9, I am testing multiples strategies, and today when I started trying internal Has of Casinov38, I noticed that instead of showing HASd shows the slot in dark. And trading session does not show the periord of time. Is it anything wrong? Casino opened a lot of trades, but I am asking myself if maybe there is something wrong with my setup. It seems many of us were testing HAS todayBoth test started at LO open and lasted less than 2 hours. Internal HAS Period 60, EA filled 2 baskets and I manually closed a few minutes after the SS (session time: 1h45). {image} Renko Box 12 with HAS PIN, EA closed the basket and I stopped it right away (session time: 0h35m). {image}
I didn't know that Casino can have 2 kinds of HAS active (ie. trend/direction) - in the settings area, it says "choose only 1"

If you turn on the 8 Ball and make it active trades will open with just the 8 Ball when the buttons light up.

Success has many attributes ...
Understandably, what I have between my ears differs to what you have, some may call it IQ, others life's experiences.
That said, I have used what I have to try to understand your methodology and while I think I understand quite a bit about you, I don't fully comprehend your methods.
I can understand if you reject my request, as it has taken 9 years to get where you are and that may be difficult to 'share', but are you prepared to share the detail of your method other than your screen shots?
Many of the financially successful people I have come across in my life are more than happy, I understand it give them great pleasure, to share how they have achieved their success and to actually share their knowledge and wealth, pass it on so to speak, and regardless of personal opinion, people like Warren Buffett and others are admired by millions around the world for what they do, also share their with the less fortunate both in material terms and their 'knowledge between their ears' for free.
I understand that you may not be in the same financial category as Warren Buffett but you can share what is between your ears ...

I noticed something interesting testing HAS yesterday, so a question.
When you have highlighted 8 Ball, Trade Live & H1 Casino v37 does not update the pairs in the background, it stays with the same selection which may cause the new trades when they open to be based on outdated data.
I noticed that if you deselect the three and then after a period re-select they changed and when they did change unsuccessful trades were eliminated.
So if left on Auto for long periods the losses would have no option but to increase.
Thoughts?

If you have more than 1 time frame for the 8 Ball selected it will update on the shorter time frame new candle.
The 8 Ball looks for over bought or over sold areas to get into a trade, and in this area you can get some ranging of the 8 Ball signal causing it to change several times in this area. But, it does not change to the opposite signal when in this area, it will come and go but always shows the same direction on that candle.
Another reason for it going and coming is the price can be just touching the "Zero" line and then pulls back.
The 8 Ball is a very accurate signal, just because it may pick different pairs when you recalculate it further into a candle does not affect its effectiveness. Just let it run on auto and do its thing on the open of a new candle.
It is over 90% accurate on the selected time frame, and is very useful as a pair picker just by itself.
Using it to pick pairs and a second filter or plugin to pick the best entry in the same direction points to a winning combination.
Just remember, the H1 8 Ball is for short term swing trading during a session, such as the London Session, for daily or weekly trading you should move up to H4 or Daily 8 Ball.
It is not to be used with something like the HnG which is used for quick direction changes that sometime happen when a new session opens.
