I am holding short USD exposure for today. If I am wrong I will get out with loss, if not then I will win. Simply as that.

So what happens if NFP meets/exceeds expectations? USD goes up (due to employment market strength)? or down due to equities & fear of a rate hike?

What if NFP misses? USD goes up due to equities rise & relief over no rate hike?

I can't seem to grasp this one today. Anyone have clear thoughts?

Wow , usdcad weekly doji candle been broken , that's a hot reversal signal.
actually the usd pairs are weak except usdchf.
everything would be clear 30min before nfp.

At the moment we are inside the edge of the hourly channel. To me it is some sort of decision area.

I would like to see price below the thick red trendline. As long as it stays below it I stay bearish.

I think we going to reverse huge today and USD will go down. Short term noise like this hard to call though with over 50% accuracy.

weekly is not a doji (last weeks) this week is still open, monthly isnt either dropping timeframes daily & 4hr she is in middle of falling channel,dangerous, presently tapping rolling 50sma 1hr has snaling 200&50sma again dangerous presently tapping convergence of both ma,s 30 minute she is ontop of 200sma with 50 already crossed below, dangerous 15min she is wedged between 200 & 50 sma presently tapping 200 from below, presently above this weeks open and todays open, overall very dangerous to be trying to trade :nerd:

yeah either it will go up or down. If you don't want to trade it then don't. however I don't want to be the one just watching market move 200+ pips. I think the USD is a BIT over extended on GBPUSD. I got the ERUSUD short right thx to draghi but now I think GBPUSD will bounce up a bit before heading down to sub 1.50000.

ej may have some near also, if employment report looks like fed will not raise. gbp may be better since dragis is screaming uncle.
