The main changes to my previous settings is trading time and pairs. I actually change this because of DD and I will be busy to monitor trades, so I want to make it 4 hours per day.

My 5 year old laptop doesn't support any resolution beyond 1366x768. What am I gonna do now? :-(

Today i found this thread and watched all your 5 videos about casino. I managed to set it up successfully based on your videos' instructions and thank you about the detailed explanation.
Congratulation about your job. I have a very little idea about coding, but frankly this project is not just an EA. This is a metatrader within a metatrader
I have a few questions that i would be grateful if you Seller9 or someone else can answer to me.Firstly let's say that i don't choose casino_HAS_v1 as "true" and one of the six plugins from EA properties, but instead i press the plugin1 and plugin2 buttons and have the P1andP2 or the P1orP2 function highlighted. The EA will run some plugins that are built in and i just don't know them, or it will just start without receiving any signal input?
Secondly, if i choose to trade with the Magic 8Ball option. The 8Ball uses a combination of above inputs to make its desicions or just choose with a random way, pairs to trade, based on past time performance?

I have downloaded the Casino EA last Wednesday night from the first page, installed it on an H1 chart, clicked the H1 button on the currency strength widget at the top left, set the Equity Lock to 5/3, 10/7, 15/10, 20/15, 30/20, 40/30, 50/35, 100/75, clicked the pink 28 pair selection button at the bottom and let it run overnight for the London Session, came back to it in the morning - no trades were taken. Then, I clicked some filter button, probably the "%inc" at about 10:35 AM New York time and BOOOOM - the Casino opened 18 trades. I also clicked other filter buttons and was not sure whether they had any effect on opening new positions as all the trades were opened in only a few seconds after pressing the first filter button. And, insanely LUCKY FOOL I WAS - by 12:00 New York Eastern Time, my $100 TW demo account was up by more than 50% with only 3.46% drawdown! For less than 2 hours of NY/London overlap the profit was unbelievable!
Then, again I set the EA to trade the London session on the next day (Thursday), by turning on all available filters except for PIN1 and PIN2 with otherwise the same settings as above. This time, however, I was not so lucky. It closed 2 baskets with a cumulative cycle P/L of about $5.89 and at the time of the NY/London overlap sessions was in its 3rd basket at a significant drawdown. The drawdown was about $60 -$70 and change and by 12:00 NY time, I manually closed the basket with a total loss of about $12 relative to the previous day's profit.
Then, for last Fridays London session, I turned off all filters EXCEPT the %inc, set the Go at Profit button to Stop after 2, set the Equity TP to $5.96 (don't know why the Casino added $0.96 to the equation - what is the underlying logic here?), left the Equity Lock as it was before - 5/3, 10/7, etc., selected all 28 pairs and on Friday morning, I checked to see what the result was... Friday was extremely volatile and, as you can see from the attached screenshot, the profit was very nice - more than $30 in profit. The drawdown was dangerously big too, although I don't know if it figured the previous day's drawdown as the current drawdown, since I had not reset the Casino for 2 days.
- On Friday, it traded only 1 basket, but not 2 even though I set the Go at profit button to Stop after 2 . Did I forget something? Should I have clicked the Auto Restart button?
- Also, if I previously set the Equity TP to $5.96, why would it continue trading beyond the preset TP?
Now... I am a FOREX newbie and realize that there is a learning curve for me to climb, so please forgive me for some very stupid questions I have and am about to ask, as there is so much to learn:
1) I've watched your videos, and have a question regarding the current built-in Casino filters as they relate to the previous versions of Slots EA.
Which filters or combination of filters in the current version (v.37) would be equivalent to the PA button I see in the video of an older Casino/Slots version? The reason I am asking is that I have the Casino running on a VPS and it seems to gobble up the lion's share of that VPS's processing power. So, loading all 28 charts with indicators on a VPS (at least, a regular VPS) would not be the best option, as in my case, it locked up the VPS and it became slow to such a degree as to become totally unresponsive. Running the Casino V 35 alone on a 2.5 GHz CPU / 1 GB RAM Amazon AWS VPS was all right on a 1-hour chart. Its response to button clicks is slow but OK. It takes several seconds to open and close basket positions, but it's normal and can be run.
2) OK, the currency pair strength horizontal bar diagram at the top left with clickable M5, M15, M30, H1, H4, D1, W1, M1 buttons is paired with the InDx filter under the Pair Analyzer Filters section. Its default is set to D1.
Do we set the currency strength bar diagram to a more senior timeframe relative to the one on which the Casino is running, i.e. if the Casino is on
- M5 chart: Do we click the M15, M30 or H1 currency strength buttons to set the InDx filter?
- M15 chart: Do we click the M30, H1, or H4?
- M30 chart: Do we click the H1, H4, or D1?
- H1 chart: Do we click the H4, D1, or W1?
- And similarly for H4 and D1?
What would your recommendation be in this case? Have you or anyone else on the forum tried to run it on smaller timeframes, i.e. M30, M15 or M5? Perhaps, there are people on this forum, who have had a chance to test it out? If so, guys and gals, would you share your settings for scalping 5-15/30 min and intra-day session trading?
3) I am also looking for a way to recover my account on Tallinex broker after a catastrophe created by a Martingale hedging/averaging EA. And perhaps, Casino can help if higher spreads would not be a major issue for it.
Will changing the Max_spread parameter to 7-9 negatively impact the Casino's trading algorithm and thus trading results? Have you or anyone on this forum been able to run the Casino on brokers with higher spreads? If so, what are the testing/live results on Tallinex demo account or any other HIGH-SPREAD broker?
4) Can the Casino EA main dashboard be placed on an asset chart not currently tradable by the EA (for example, XAUUSD or some exotic currency pair) or it is best to use a second EUR/JPY chart for dashboard? Would placing the Casino on a non-tradable pair/asset negatively impact its performance?
