I'm short from 1.1172 - Got caught out yesterday being short on the rally and having too much exposure. Made most of it back with my oil short though so swings and roundabouts!

There are a lot of vanilla options expiring at 10 am NY time around 1.11 for EUR/USD. I've never trade options, but many are saying these options are attracting the price. Can anyone tell me what are the conditions for such an option to be consider a "winner"? I'm reading that if the price of such option is around 10-20 pips away from the option price, the option is still a "winner"...is it true?
