save and print your correspondence emails and documents from KPMG and FSCS. Then, you are better to initiate informing them about the fact.

KPMG remains to verify a 1800 people. I very much hope that we will get the money, before congratulations ( Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2016)
Still nothing here. I called them and they said they haven't seen my information yet. However everything looks great in the claims portal.
If portal looks great. You show it to FSCS. And tell KPMG that FSCS hasn't got your information.

I have been advised that we now have the necessary verification from the administrators. My colleagues have informed me that we should be able to make your payment hopefully at some point next week, if not the week after.

Meanwhile, check you bank.

they replied my email today, was sent on the 1st of August, but nothing new on it
Got my refund back in late July. I received an email from FSCS back in June regarding bank account information. Only realized transaction was dated July 20ish last week.
