August going to an end, still my money not paid.

I called and was told that my calls and emails are slowing them down, even when its customer service agents that answer call, how does that slow down the account dept.

So now its to sit down and look.

Got paid today. GBP TO USD- AND-USD TO GBP= -2700 GBP . Because of the exchange, I lost 2700 GBP+ 7month.... F..CK OFF KPMG AND FSCS. Bye UK FOREX BROKERS.

Finally got my money from the incompetent fools today. Ģ248 short because of exchange rate but will take them to small claims court for the balance. I want every penny that I had in my account.
I still haven't received my money. This has been the worse experience- KPMG emailed me in May saying that FSCS would be expected to make a payment that week. Then it got postponed to July. Then I tried to contact them 5 different times and no response. Now at the end of AUGUST they are telling me there has been a problem with the banking details I provided. If that was the case, why would they wait 3 months to respond to any emails. This experience has been unbelievable. The way they have given us all the run around and the fact they've held my money for 7 months is crazy. Did not expect to be treated this way by the FSCS and even KPMG I expected a lot better from them.

Btw in my case all of this delay was my fault because I send them wrong BIC/Swift Code from my bank.
So if you have not yet received payment, try to check again all your bank details.
Still didn't receive the application, to get back my money...
I think what some, who haven't received their funds, should do is to send the right account details to alpari after confirming with fscs if they have adequate details to initiate the transfer. Then reconfirm by calling either parties. This this three weeks ago and got funds remitted two weeks afterwards. Hope this helps someone.

Hmm ... that was the problem for me. 101% of all the data that was good, because I never write the data manually, but you copy / paste to avoid errors due to typing ...

Exactly the same issue with me. But not my fault, I supplied the swift code and bic code which is what they requested. This only confused the stupid cunts as they only wanted the bic code.
Last call they said I am in Que, so I am happy now cus the Q.
