on a long run it can add quite a lot to the bottom line to take some off at levels and put back a little lower down even if you don't want to build. Problem with Mt5 is it constantly averages your position to a single price so the entry is constantly moving up and can be mentally difficult to deal with as it gets closer to market value even though you have banked plenty.

some rejection at 1209 area as R expected, but even there a b.e. or some profit taking on drop, to make a red entry b.e. recomended

it respected adr yesterday.. not so much today.. i dont know where the week (awr) places it.. a china drop of 10% more may or may not keep eu heading up. i dont perceive to know the cause eu rise. euros coming home, during such market events has caused some rise in the past. i cant long because these conditions may become at a tip point and drop as easy at greater speed

the "wipe the ass part, before shitting" part is. a lower waun hurts germany's exports to china 3X more than u.s. exports to china. based on contributions to gdp comparably. thats a long term fact. in the short term, the balancing must be creating euro demand. spring back whenever it happens, will probably be a longer term trend continuation....

so the charts we look may be b.s. soon. they are not including the china syndrome. 1.12 last month, will not be the same as 1.2 in a few weeks, in a german exporters view. a german exporter comfortable at 1.2 eu a few months back. may need it lower to make up for china loss of sales. thats if they want to make the china loss with u.s. sales gain. the problem for this is, it drops the waun at the same time.. thats a push, because they cant do a thing about china pegging to the usd. as long as china (adjust) to usd, this eu rise is killing german exporters...they lose some china and u.s. sales med/long term. its going take a little time to show.

In theory yes, but seems technicals says otherwise.
The true fact is market doesn't care, risk mgt is important.
