Hi Adam, the trade alert Farhad has shown is the one on the TDI which may be the one you want. However, if you're wanting the Synergy Pro Trade Alert that shows on the chart go to Indicators> Custom and go down to Synergy Pro Trade Alert. You can change the setting to Y (for Yes) for conservative setting (just gives Trade Alerts with the trend or default N (for No) which gives both trend and counter-trend Trade Alerts. Good trading

Thanks for sharing this, am eyeing the eventual breakout of this beast, and when it happens, it surely gonna be an extreme one, hope to be on the right time and right wave

As its still inside H4 triangle, eyeing 2 levels of the whole wave 3 back to 38.2% or 50% fibs level of wave 3

Theres a nice cross of TDI with green bounce off red and almost crossing MBL from over sold zone on the daily chart

I Have Learned to Take Some Losses to Make Profits
EA at confluence for next week. TDI with PA is the only way in. Big E knew what he was talking about.

How large were your SL ?
GN is a very volatile pair , if your "initial SL " was larger than 40 pips , I´d think about it.
try to widen your targets , looks for me too small ..

Hallo Sesamstrasse,

SL was set just under the monthly pivot point, about 70 pips from my entry. But I was monitoring the trade from the beginning in the M15 timeframe, so if I had seen any reversal I would exit earlier.

Nice trades yuki0912! I've few questions, will be great if answered by most senior members of this thread, especially those who have been trading since the very inception of this thread by using bigE method.

  1. Why the seniors are not using the same template (on page#1) as was used by bigE, is it now not profitable in the present volatile markets in the long run, OR are there some other reasons?
  2. If anyone is still using and getting good trades, why it is not being used by the rest of the traders?

There is no doubt a great variation in templates and some of them might be confusing. Please re-visit these posts by OP and Emmanuel, and you will get a sense of what TMS was built upon.

Eelfranz was talking about PA without actually mentioning the word - he explains s/r structures and basic FX movement in post 647.

Emmanuel repeated at least 10 times that the core method of this methodology is the TDI and HA candles.

What it boils down to is wait for PA to hang around key levels - s/r, double tops/bottoms, round numbers, pivots, whatever you think makes the price hang, and then decide an entry via divergence, overbought/oversold situations, whatever makes you click.

Every indicator on the planet (including the TDI) lags behind price action. But it is an amazing tool in showing us that one piece of confluence needed, which will work more often than it will not.

You don't need indicators to show you a double top or double bottom, sore thumb, swings, pin bar, master candle, engulfing candles, etc - you see those right there on a naked chart. Maybe you need one for showing round numbers.

You might be afraid of S/R zones, or other confluence places on a chart. Don't be. That is where you have the edge. Price goes to places where it's already been, and it does that through candle formations which have been made before. Study those and study what price does when it reaches these levels. Be there loaded up to jump on board.

Price action and TDI is the only way to go.
