Important week to follow events.
I hope we can break the 1.08xxx soon and get on with it but with years watching the EU it slides down slow but rebounds strong. I'm short for now. On the road heading for Disneyland with the family.

I think the USD needs a correction and this week could be it.. USDX was (again) rejected at 98.3, oil/CAD need to breathe and gold is just about to travel north a few.
Also EU needs to pump up some and create space for a drop in september
I don't think the fundamentals this week will have much effect on the EUR/USD.
sure, it's the absence of news that could allow EU to pump.. but that's just my sentiment

Thanks Ken_A and Ill_be_back. Between your two answers I was able to correct my calcs so that my calculated margin matched what I actually used. No more surprises for the CAD/??? pairs. Appreciate it again.

The base pair is basically 1/(USD/CAD) so margin = (1/(USD/CAD) * Units) * 0.05 (20:1 margin ratio in my case)

I have amazing week open. Bucketshop specific highs and lows across the board. Need to run some ECN demo for feed until I change broker. It's not the first time I see this, lol. Once in a month is enough, in case it doesn't go any higher I'll have fake pivots. Not even mentioning ADR. :S

Markets didn't really start yet, lol. Not sure about exact session start hours but I never seen much happening (without killer news) before 0:00GMT.
O/T Win 10 update

Still couldn't fix chat client in w10 . Tried website fixes etc and no good . Also , graphics card wouldn't load . Rolled back to w 7 till they straighten it out .

Glad it worked for some of you the first time .

Yes my calculation of the margin requirement 5% was wrong 500:1 - it's 20:1

Nothing, UJ and GJ stall - I short both - EU long some left from Friday

No big impact of CNY data or not seen yet from Sunday opening
