DislikedFor those interested here is another EA based on this method. You can choose a start and end time for when trades are taken. eintDepth3 from the indicator can be changed in the EA settings. I've defined the EA to take a start Lot size and then apply an increment against this for each additional trade so e.g. for the first 7 trades starting with a lot size of 0.1 and an increment multiplier of 1.03 we get lot sizes of: 0.10 0.10 0.11 0.11 0.11 0.12 0.12 Results in back test seem really good and I'm now running a forward test.
