Hy Seller and thanks for your great effort... trying trnd_brk_pin_v3 i have the same problem as before with dinamic tp (or better fixed tp seems to e not fixed)
Any suggests? Is it me?

Just tried both fixed TP and fixed SL and they both stay put, they do not move.

The length of the trigger candle is 30 pips (high to low) and you have the "Entry_Buffer_Multiplier = .5", this means the price has to go past the low of the entry candle by 15 pips (.5 X 30) to trigger a short trade and it has only gone about 12 pips so far, not enough to trigger the trade.

Also, what are you using for PIN2 as I see you have it selected also?

As a beginner, I have learned so much from this thread. Amazing stuff guys.

I would like to start helping with the casino tests soon. The broker i'm currently with does not have New York closing candles. I assume I need to switch brokers so that this won't affect Casino's performance? Could someone tell me if this is correct? Thanks in advance!

1,663 Pips. Carry over trade from last Friday (not micropips. PIPS) Did I miscount? Check for yourself. What a great tool Seller9 has made. I have been experimenting with a different CCI setting. Thinking outside the box , but within reason....

I may be wrong but I dont think that new york closing candle is going to effect casino. I think this is personal preference only.
but your broker will have to have all 28 pairs or casino will not work.

Thanks for your respons! I understand! I thought the Doji was the trigger candle. PIN2 is the TRND Brk. But I have not selected the indicator on all the charts. Some charts are better for the HnG others for the TRND BRk. Comming back on my other question about the TRND BRKv2 where the lines where drawn back to the auto positions. I think V3 is much better. I will test it and come back to it.

I may be wrong, but I believe you had mentioned some pages back that you did the CCI a little different than the present CCI plugin.

If its not to much trouble maybe you could enlighten me one more time as to your method.

When you select PIN1 or PIN2 it must be available on all charts you have selected to trade, Casino will look for it and if no signal from it is present you will never get a trade, unless you use the AND/OR function button set to OR. Casino has no way of knowing the PIN2 indy is not present on the chart but will still wait for a signal from it since you are in the AND position.

If you want to use only one plugin on each chart but the plugins are different than assign them all to PIN1 only and select only PIN1 in Casino and what you are trying to do will also work this way.

I have the same problem, it doesn't take the fixed TP but continues to move out of the way...sorry to say, very frustrating....missed the 20 pip TP. I have watched all the videos and don't know what I'm setting wrong, if anything. Glad to see cescof has the same problem, as I'm shy and didn't want to say anything....much less chime in....anyway thanks seller for everything!

Success first trial using the TRND Brk plugin. Tested it during the Tokyo session using the Core Pairs on the 4H TF.

I am hoping you will create a new CCI plugin for this way of trading CCI. As the post explains , it usually get you into the trade early , as long as you have correctly determined Trend direction.

I have been experimenting with a THINKING OUT OF THE BOX CCI setting of 650 on 5M 15M 30M ( i know , crazy) however , the 3 times I have tried this on 15M 2 times I have made over 1,100 Pips. When you look at the charts with this setting you begin to understand why timing when to START this kind of basket is KEY TO SUCCESS of this type of Basket Trading. I believe Currency Strength Analysis could be a great. I'm looking for the calm before a big move. Bollinger Bands does help with

This CCI setting of 650 trading on all currencies less than 4Pip spread.

hi nice tiga...re your cci settings <>100 and -100 etc......cci plugins does work on sell at -100 etc so just put -100 in overbought ...and vica versa... you could load two charts or try pin 1 and pin2 with the different settings if you get what I mean....ie one chart pin1 overbought 100 the other overbought -100 and give it a go let us know how you go.......cci is actually supposed to be used your way if you read the cci notes in achellies technical analysis book..i have mentioned this b4..thats why >100 is classed as overbought ! you are not supposed to be looking for long ?although sometimes its ok.
ps to seller9 this is a wonderful gift to all members of the chat...and I also feel there should be more feedback results posted for seller9 to analyse...etc etc....and or experimentation..

buttons to manually buy and sell seem to tie things up for 15- 30 seconds, not all of them, seems kinda random. didn't have this problem before. no strange settings or addons etc.... they just get confused and everything just stops for a little less then a minute.

can't get much done like this

Thanks for your ideas! I looked at the CCI settings of 650 and this looks very promising. Do you use a CCI alert? or do you watch the whole day? I understand your wish to have this as a plug-in for Casino. The reason it is not possible at the moment is because the existing plug-in can only exit when CCI cross 100 or -100 from a higher or lower range while your system wants to step in or out at this point according to the trend. Because you step in early you can go with a small SL and even go to BE after x pips. When it hits SL or BE usually the trade will re-enter after a while and then take off. I like the idea!

Thank you Seller9! This answer is very helpfull! For some charts I wanted to have the HnG and for another chart the TRND break. I used pin1 and pin2 but there where no trades. I switched HnG and TRND break both to pin2. Works good!
