After confirm the claim to FSCS, I received today a paper form on may mail to fill and resend to FSCS. Is this the procedure, havenīt they all the information needed?

I only received 55% of my money, I hope to get the rest, this is so much time!!!
i also didn't receive anything yet, but i got the email conformation last week that i should be paid in 7 days...and we are past 7th day...will call them tomorrow.

How come? I received the money in full at the same time as I received email confirmation.
something must be wrong, maybe your bank account or fscs.

Thank your for your phone call yesterday about your claim against Alpari.

I can confirm that we have an agreed balance and the account has been verified for money laundering regulations. We are however checking the payment instructions with KPMG as they were not correct. Once we have the correct information we will make that payment. We hope to be able to do that in the next 2-3 weeks

Do not get your hopes up. I was wrong in my code SwiftBIC (without it running smoothly on the basis of the IBAN number can be transferred). other than write emails to enquiry on payment status is there any other way to contact them(if their manager that would be better)

I also only got back 55% despite opting for the FSCS to settle me in full.Upon enquiring from the FSCS as to when the balance was going to be refunded, I was told that I had to email a request to them assigning the remainder of the balance to them so they can payout in about 1 to 2 months.

One of the guys on the FSCS enquiry desk told me that they had had a total of approximately 8000 persons to payout. Of these, 4000 or so were paid in the first tranch and 2000 in the second. They are now paying on a weekly basis rather than the big gaps between the 2 tranches. So if your claim is under 50000 GBP you must be close to payout.

I am still waiting for payment. No response from FSCS or KPMG. I expected better from them.
