I receive my money in etx 2 days ago and immediately withdraw the money. Still waiting and I have to pay 5% ! to ETX to make the transfer to Neteller account that I used to work when I was with Alpari.

that is sad!
how much they would take if i withdraw to bank ://
she promised me with 60% bonus.. that would be 6000$
THEN.. yesterday when the money came.. she said she cant give me more than 3000... so i agreed i dont have a chance..
THEN... she said the bonus will take up to 24 HOURS!! ''dunno abt that but never seen it with any broker before''
NOW its been more than 24 hrs and still nOthing!
ETX IS SHIT!

I received email 2 days ago as well as the money in full clip at the same time.

Then about an hour ago I received the following FSCS Kayleigh Allgood email message:

Thank you for your email. Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to you.
We are very sorry for the delay in making payment to you in respect of your claim against Alpari UK. This was due to an unforeseen technical issue which we have now fixed.
We recognise the lack of clarity has caused anxiety to some customers and we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I have checked our records and can confirm that we are due to be sending you an application form to complete. Once we receive this back we will then be in a position to make your payment. You should receive this application form within the next few weeks. If however this is not the case then please let us know.

If you read the 387 pages, you will find that we were stuck here for more than 6 months trying to get back our money cus alpari was bankruptcy , and the alpari.com is wokring because they sold the intellectual rights including the domain name to one of the share holders who owns alpari russia.
Now my advice: Be away from alpari Russia, the same guy will play again.

Dear friends kindly can anyone help me in my issue as i recieved the following email showing:
Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note we are still awaiting supporting documentation/information from you in order for us to verify your claim.

Please refer to the original request below sent to you on 22/05/15.

This documentation is required in order to verify your information and therefore finalise your claim. Please note that you will not be eligible for payment of your claim until your documentation has been verified as complete.

Therefore, in order to proceed with your application, please provide the requested documentation by logging back onto the Claims Portal and uploading it.

Although i allready uploaded the requested documents on 22/5/015 and then the site showing:

Claim Agreed

You have now completed the claims process and can log out by clicking the button at the top right-hand corner of the screen. You will, however, be able to log in and view the above information for reference purposes.

and i tried several times to contact them by email and no responce from them as i think this problem delaying my refund and i reall don't know what can i do


i choosed ETX and i tried to get help from them to solve my problem but no reply from them really they are a very bad company in support
