Why don't you describe your 'on/off' EA times in terms of:
Tokyo +/-.
London +/-
New York +/-

Do EA read broker time or local time? I thought EAs normally read broker time isnt it.

youre wrong ,i am one hour ahead of you (Romania time) is 22:56 here now (21:56 in Berlin) and Tokyo start in about 4 hours. so it will be at 2 am Berlin time.

those who cant figure what with all this time zones try this http://market24hclock.com/24inch.html fit the LIVE open markets with your own time and you will know easy when London,New York and Tokyo start at your time.

It's NOT FOREX clock! DON'T USE IT! It's EXCHANGE clock and it's difrent....

Use this clock: http://www.forexfactory.com/ (for example GMT+3 (Moscow time))
