a bounce like that after reaching 1.0 would require some time and good emu news. at 1.0 emu may benefit from usd strength. but it still loses much of the asian leg that will also fall with euro. outside the ez, germany has more trade than anyone else is china, its worth 3% of german gdp. it would make that 1.2 eu bounce hard to achieve. to continue to manage exports to china it would be hard to raise price of euro (1.2). in that scenario it's also asking china to raise verse usd. meanwhile with 3d expansion china should be weaker. it would be unlikely for china to have leverage to allow its currency to rise. its also unlikely the emu will allow the euro to rise out of the price range of chinese (#1) consumers. the emu(germany) would just be allowing some other exporter to take its china connection with a euro raise . s korea is willing to take germany's luxury car sales in china. it looks like china officials are already frowning on flaunting luxury. if in a year or 2+ china dont matter to germany. than maybe.. i seriously doubt they will not be trying to get more china business.. but if it's just a future basket weaving /t-shirt economy, (via 3-d) whats the point.
germany loses china are keeps it.. few mature economies can handle a 3% cut in gdp..

it will be the belly ... but I believe that this week we will see the dax @10785, therefore I imagine a much higher EURUSD

UNCERTAINTY is what rules the market. But how one can make a profit out of uncertainty? this is the real question.

Uncertainity = Fear.

Fear = Closing profitable trades too early.

Better way is 30 pips loss, 60 pips profit each time ? ( I mean 1 : 2 )

IF you trade like that , you should know the correct price to enter . enter in the currect place s/r areas will work with your 1:2 strategy , even if you were with 51% wining rate you will survive . thumbs up

This will be a slow move for now, they don't want to scare all that money away.

some s/r on chart , the larger 0964 still here with its um as low atm.. yesterday a long after 1024 was what i saw.. today its waiting for 0914.. even so bounces to 1074/ 79 may be in the cards, those red ones are closes
