EURUSD
Fundamental:
This week we return to Fed's rate hike drama and whether the rhetoric over it will be the same meaning that we still could see this in September, if that happens we could easily drop to complete harmonic targets on daily chart, however if there is no indication regarding tightening, market can breakout the D1 channel giving clear signal for direction at least short term.
In Europe, last week's data was pretty poor signalling slower economic growth, Greece remains the main worry, we had positive parliamentary vote on financial reforms and now Athens getting ready for Troika's visit, this week there are also several German data releases worth keeping an eye on.
CFTC doesn't give us great assistance this week as it mostly stands flat.

Technical:
Situation is rather complex as I can see mixed signals, market still hasn't completed D1 harmonic targets as per post last week which of course could happen but it's not very usual, it would be quite logical for price to complete these targets and then turn to retracement or reversal and if you have noticed those levels on ABCD D1, coincide with .786 Ret on Weekly, so not small thing, price has broken .618 ret Weekly and should proceed to next fib level but in financial markets there is no such thing as certainty and I will not become obsessed with this if for example we can break above the channel D1.
There is also completed AB=CD H4 + MACD negative divergence but best visible on H1 at 1.1017 + .5 Ret H4, is price action after that worries bears, price turned down but not able to close below WPP and returned to the upside, also on the previous trading day price had rejected MS1 at 1.0873.
If price goes down first thing 1.0933-20 will be important test.

Monthy: Bullish engulfing pattern pointing to 1.18
Weekly: .618 Ret broken but still strong reaction, if we get ABCD, extension will point to same as monthly.
Daily: Wash and rinse of the lows, Bfly extensions not complete, channel might give clue to what's next.
H4: AB=CD at 1.1020, if this area doesn't resist, channel border D1 will be next at 1.1060 + WR1 +.618 Ret H4.

i got weekly buy signals on both euro and nzd....dont count on a rate hike to push the euro down when its at the lows

I got a two sell indicators for EURUSD and a divergence signal on the weekly. However, my indicators know notta about sentiment and meeting outcomes.

Took another short EA at 5090 with a stop at 5106.

Do not want to hold it more as AUD is weaker.

Anyways booked more +++.

There will be a retracement down to 0930/25 level for all shorts to book their profit.

Will be looking to long around this level if there is a signal. Currently taking a small short. ( 0998 ) My stop will be above 1020.

I am tempted to place a short order on this pair right now (@1.10040), but I think I am going to wait until the release of the German Ifo Business Climate and M3 Money Supply y/y in another 5h 30mins instead. Seems safer that way
