Position to great for me, need to control my revenge modus, this time it went good, next time maybe not.

I call it a day, before i suffer losses, my US 30 position was stopped out for +5 pips, this day hasn't been great, -30 in gold +46 GBPAUD

Sorry to hear that but at least you are up... I've lost loads with revenge trading, but at least tomorrow is another blank page to work from

moved my SL to 11528. Looks like US 30 might start a push up, so lets see what happens in 15 min

Nah was managing my short and dont like to trade against open positions (made some decent blue pips on the way down)... let the bulls take some of their cash back

What a messy day, though sort of what I was expecting once we failed to break lower this morning. It looks like this directionless squabble will continue tomorrow as I can see clear support now on the hourly chart around 490 as I look at it now, and very strong resistance around 578 with the hourly 200sma rolling over above the price. Still a very nice range though of 100 pips and there should be lots of opportunities on offer tomorrow going both ways as there was today.

Morning all! I've got some nice bullish moving averages which have curled round underneath the price overnight to give me northerly bias, but we have just hit the H2 100sma which has curled over the top " 605 so that should provide resitance, though if it can get past that we should be looking at R2 " 643 today at least. For support, it'll have to break the CP which lies on top of the H1 200ema@ 536 to go any lower. but I do not expect any new lows today. Things can and do change, but that's my take on it at 7.13am. Good luck!

Well we moved above the 1hr 20 sma today. Could see same price action (but opposite directions) as yesterday - hover around the sma and move up around midday.... but as awlays the dax likes to surprise us. If hourly close above the sma then prob see some shorter candles till 11/12. Staying out for now though

Edit - but wait looks like it's starting to stall a bit. Lets see if we get a hammer on the current hourly candle
