Yeah it's been a pain. I had that bat until it brought on the abcd possibility. Was also waiting at 5655 for a crab/butterfly combo but to no avail

if it makes it, I suspect it'll be the last time we get that high before rate hikes (if they happen this year)

Thanks for that, there is a bunch of confluence in that area, some not pictured. But I see a 61.8. 78.6. 88.6 and 161.8 there.

that is what is happening today. Euro going up but GU going down. That tells that lots of British funds are playing EG. Now they buy euro against pound. It is time for them to unwind EG shorts

Hi ffleo, So are you saying the Euro is getting pushed up for a better cross rate price. The cross rate being the calculation of the differences in the majors, so are you saying the price of euro is getting pushed up to deal a better rate for E/G? just don't know what your getting at here.

the only way to trade euros with pounds would be EG

I think that's what he's getting at......

The cross rate is just the spread difference between 2 majors so EUR (1/EU B-A RATE) X (GU B-A RATE). So to make the deal rate move on EG they would need to push up the EU. EU getting pushed for some reason but don't think it has to do with getting a better EG deal rate (but it might). Just wondering if that's what hes trying to say and why he thinks that or if its just a random thought.
