Notes and charts about the Spread between ''high education vs. low education'' in Social Media UpTake [OECD source].

In this post there is a slide (see below), obtained from OECD (#1), that shows the spread between the education level (high vs. low) of OECD countries, in the use of social media.

The spread (high edication vs. low education) are organized in colored clusters (see the below slide), from high values of spread vs. low values, as follows: yellow > red > blue > white; with white circles there are the negligible spreads.
