EUR lost positions against USD on Wednesday. Analysts' expectations were justified and the couple made a test of the support at 1.0915. Its breakthrough was delayed, but short-term indicators are still in favor of USD. EUR/USD will likely focus on the second key level at 1.0817. Wednesday’s trading was opened at a price of 1.1007 and by the end of the session the euro lost 59 pips. Bottom of the day was struck at 1.0930.

I read your old post on Fundamentals. Sure Banks that trade Billions without leverage look at what is happening fundamentally and manage their risk.
But We are trying to make pips with leverage and short term compared to banks.
Two different goals here.
Maybe it has a good consistent outcome for them but not here.

Congrats! I took only one short @ 40 in the morning, already out. Flat atm on this pair - they could either ride to 1.08 or 1.10.

Hello everyone. Is it smart to think that even if the downtrend is strong, it will have to bounce up to 96x before hitting more bottom? If so where would be the long entry now? Thanks

You may consider long entry now, or wait for one more drop to 870-885 (if the one's gonna happen).
It's too risky for me, getting mixed signals as Daily is screaming for a LL and ride below 1.08 but smaller TFs are showing divergences...
If they decide to go up, they have to cross CET open - 945 to reach 965-995 R area.
And remember shorts are always safer on this pair

good morning!
I´m trying a long from here because of low trendline on 1htf...
but, 1.0850 is very possible because of 161% extention of the bullish buteerfly on 1htf...normally it is only 127% (1.0930), this time already passed and now 1.0850 can happen before switch to bullish side...let´s see if this low trendline hold, maximum 1.0890...good luck

I too was thinking about waiting for 870-885 but then I think i'll be even more doubtful because it will reassure the strenght of the downtrend. Decisions Decisions decisions.. anyway, thanks for your insight, much appreciated
