Got kicked of Oanda Live USA again. To different laptops both went out exact time. No internet issues.
Cant say I have had this issue before.

Treat FX like a living and breathing organism with a mind and will of its own. Kind of like you. It is supposed to follow rules and regulations ( Fundamentals and Technical analysis) but sometimes just like you it does not follow the rules but wishes to do its own thing.
If It truly followed the rules all you would need to to do is devote most of your time in studying Fundamentals and such and boom your now a big shot money making machine. The market is Dynamic and sometimes a b%%#@. You can not contain it with your pretty little charts and impressive fundamental knowledge.
I hear over and over on here about how that was a BS move or this is crazy and should not be happening. The only BS and crazy thing is the way we think about the market. THE MARKET IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Remember that and you will have happier days.

In my experience fundamentals are total rubbish at a speculation level. At the institutional level not so much.

I have written some detail about this in the past here, according to my beliefs of course.

Of-course 1.0900 round figure mark is acting as support for EURUSD but major support lies near 1.0870-60.
A decisive break below 1.0870-60 support would confirm a major break-down for EURUSD, which could drag it even below March 2015 lows towards testing sub-1.0300 level, 1.0280 to be precise.
