After about 2 weeks stuck in a short EUR/USD, I'm finally out. I mean yeah, I kept scalping little bits here and there as it came down to (and a little below) where I started. And of course I was trading in other pairs along the way. So profit-wise things were fine. But all the time I had that one short I couldn't do any LONGS on the pair, even when it was obvious that was the right short-term direction. (US citizen, so not allowed to "hedge"). So anyway, this will likely go down further which is okay with me... but as of this moment I'm FINALLY not in ANY trade*. Is it right for me to feel a little bit of relief in that?

(* No doubt I won't be able to make it through the night without opening something new, though. )

I had been anticipating a down move but l missed a perfect entry and went long. Surprised by the strength of the down pressure badly managed a position reversal.
This thing is looking to me like it's really down heavy, some important signals given, and yet I'm missing any entry I try, getting chopped.

when there is rate cut, it is not advisable to short UC.

UC has been going strong in upward direction. Short & Long is possible in EU though.

1.2923 is my lvl to come back as lower low, i would not short also

not even hedge due to rate cut... i hedged hours ago and got -2 pip.. not recommended x)

I do not see a weakness ( even slight weakness ) in 4 hr chart. I am not able to post my chart here for UC. My PC says memory low.

At the current state ( pos hedged ), I can choose the direction in which I want to continue with recovery. Have been at -50 pips with the trade already, -17 now. No plans to "give something back to the market". After a strong and fast +100 pips up move, I expected some retracement. Did not happen, my fault.
