how do you guys trade on H4 time frame? i see most of my trades hitting the SL as price doesn't reverses. and the harmonic pattern indicator repaints even for 200 pips. what is this?

I would recommend using pattern software that doesn't repaint. There are not that many but i'm sure you can find it.

I think is traduction problem, probably he means "some big guys knows nothing about butterflies, indicator draws it but they really aren't butterflies"

Poruchik - can you let me have a copy of the basic rules coding for MT4? I'm trying to build a harmonic scanner for Pro Realtime software as MT4 is corrupted by brokers so I don't trust their data feeds. Pro Realtime is real data from exchanges and used by many pros. Currently, I can't find a harmonic scanner such as ZUP for the software. Any help or direction appreciated!

Hi, I am studying trading when I have spare time and would like to ask a few questions about ZUP indicators and patterns.

Fisrt of all, is the dragon, among the patterns displayed by the various ZUP indicators, the only one that points out the opposite direction to the classical one, as to future possible trend ? I mean it is the only pattern in which the trend valued, start beyond the D point, am I right ?

This night I had a sell position on EURJPY because JPY is strenghtening at the moment. I closed it because I saw a huge bearish dragon on Renko charts EURJPY (see attached image). I doubted EUR had enough strength to overcome the D point during asian session, but I prefered closing the order. This pattern is drawn by the ZUP v_142. I reentered position after good news in Japan and Japanese Session Opening.

In addition to ZUP v_142, I like to use 3 indicators I've been given by mail, ZUP v_92(fixed), ZUP v_120 NEN STAR 2 TRIANGLE 1 2 1(fixed), and ZUP v_135 PP1(fixed). I really like to see what suggest the patterns not only on classic candlestick charts, but also on Renko Charts.
As I discovered with the dragon pattern, a counter-trend is not always what is mainly expected after the D point. So I would like to know if there is a way of drawing the complete name of the pattern on the chart, with those 3 indicators. I can't manage to do this playing with the parameters.
