Got burned trying to go long at 74. With Feds minutes tomorrow selling will continue.
Greece is causing havoc everywhere and Feds constant BS does not help.Perhaps now Yellen will have a need to talk USD even higher and set US economy for a fall.I just can't understand stupidity of Feds current leadership
Do they want oil at 40? massive Lay offs ahead?US oil industry in shambles? 93 million out of labor market now and perhaps she prefers everyone start working at Walmart "good service jobs"

Given the reaction last month to FOMC meeting was an 80 pip increase in the hourly candle on A/U I'm curious as to why you are so sure of the feds minutes reaction being the reverse?

Hi Dab
Its not the event its leading up to the event.Since Feds have been bullish (IR hikes etc) market most likely will continue buying USD until told otherwise or prices get to exhausted levels.
Another fact in trading past results don't lead future results otherwise we could all be millionaires.

No, I didn't forget to "wash" the title; it's not nice to claim success while using a demo; that was not the point of that chart.

Obviously no one trades demo like they do the real account, as you can see, there is no position sizing.

I use the demo to gauge market direction and strength. Do you really think good trades on demo are fail?

However, no need to bow down, so far 3 closed live trades for about 4.5% today.

I must adjust my Trade Manager EA, it is supposed to exit at 1.5% !!!

Open trades are slightly positive, so I could close all now and be done for today.

I think the risk is the speech that will accompany these minutes, not so much the now outdated minutes

And the Yellen speech on Saturday.

Any hint of also taking into account USD strength when considering a rate hike, and higher yielding currencies like the AUD will be bought back quickly.

Closed my short from 7804 at 7405 last night. Happy to wait for a pullback to re-enter, likely next week after above and Greece outcome on Sunday. The pace of this decline has been quite impressive

AUD/USD. Go short on this now. Sell at 0.74210 take profit at 0.73910. This Pair has been struggling the whole day. It will now go lower before going Up. This is very easy profit pips to take.
