how is it possible that xe.com already has a quote on EU, markets are not yet open? Or is it an estimate?

in fact and as you say bears are weak, sounds like bulls will come back before eur usd going lower

I have a tp set at 1.0950, should I leave it or let the profit run? I open sell at 1.1025 last week
