EUR recorded a slight rise against the USD on Thursday after two consecutive negative sessions before. The pair opened at a rate of 1.1052, and the price went down slightly, reaching a daily bottom at 1.1031. Later direction started to climb and at the end of the day the euro closed at a rate of 1.1083. If the price went up, the pair will move to the first resistance at 1.1270.

Polls will be open from 7am to 7pm in Greece (Sunday 5am to 5pm BST), meaning a result should be known by the time financial markets open in Asia.

Hello, I want to shared with you an eight year trader's words: (he trades only EURUSD)

1.- I never go to the side of the trend because if the trend changes, I don't want to loose it.
2.- I look for retracement (and I trade it) because the price is extended.
3.- I don't close the entry if i am loosing. I wait until the price changes.
4.- I don't put stop loss, if i am loosing, i put another entry and so on... and of course against the trend.
5.- I see divergence in small timeframes and I think the trend is changing.
6.- I put entries against the trend before a big news, because the small timeframes have divergence, and again i don't put stop loss.
7.- I only put in risk the 1% of my account... 8 Entries -> 8 percentage of my account.. without stop loss???
8.- My strategies work fine, eas does not works well because they are robots.
9.- I don't like to be a looser. I am a winner and I will not loose.

Result: bankrupt

I hope it helps to newbies, I am newbie and it helped me a lots... I don't loose my account.

cfd. mini contract is 5 euro per point. don't know about the carry rate because they calculate it on the basis of margin required and account ccy.

It's IG. They are MM but so far so good. Been trading DAX there and they don't do crap. No Oanda spikes so far (nor saxo crap). IB also offers Euribor trading.

The real volume data is way different than what forex brokers show in feed.
