Your graphics card is a goner - don't waste your time if it's a notebook

IF PC you can get cheap GC for $10-20

borrow a graphic card from your friend. If you have the same problem it is some program. If it is software problem, I would just install the OS from scratch.

it might be your monitor own problem; it looks like a CRT monitor, which may flicker when gets too old

Unless you're using Euros, I'd just buy a new desktop instead of fixing one. They're cheap these days, and worth it imo.

With a little free time this afternoon, and just to say hello.

PA is sidelined at moment,

M15: price bounced above current S1 from Kijun sen at 1.1085; R1 is already near though at 1100 and R2 1107. Above is R3 around 112 from H1 kumo. below support would be S2 1074 and S3 1067.

If it's a CRT try degaussing it. You can also try rebooting it in safemode and see what happens. Then make sure the card is firmly in place and the connections at both ends are not loose. If it's a CRT remove anything that might
be causing a magnetic field near it from the vicinity.

This one is older than the financial crisis [CRT definitely] & worked fine through those tough times, so I doubt its the greece..
