I felt These two FSCS and KPMG pretend to work hard and honest, BUT they are trying to keep our money forever and DONT want to distribute our money to us.
They hope we forget and tired to wait.

KPMG will want to drag this out for as long as possible so they can make as much money as possible. But the FSCS is a government department and doesn't make any money from dragging things out.

Did you hear that the 1st batch is paid? I never heard, then we are the 2nd batch. So will they are pay our claim? 1st July, poor FSCS. JUST TALK!

yeah first batch has already been paid, but its only 55% of the total capital. i've got 45% left unpaid yet. i emailed the special administration twice (because they did not answer my question on the first one) regarding whether they will pay the remaining balance, and both email did not answer my question (both email was the same) not happy with that copypaste email respond. So, anyway, i email FCSC to ask them whether they know if the special administration will pay the remaining balance, i also told them i might assign my 45%, not paid yet, to them.

from my last post here in this thread i have made another call yesterday...they told me i am on the list (last time i called i wasn't) and i should be expected to be paid next week. hope for the best.

THX for sharing info, because I am in the same situation (alpari joint account). I guess FSCS will cover the 45%.

I just called FSCS abuot being me on the list for the next payment. I asigned my claim to them on 11.5., which means I was not one of the first ones...I also made some change in my living address.

After a while, Mr. Gary did find me, my name on the list.
He also said that they are going to pay us somewhere next week... so, fingers crossed.

I just rang them, I'm on the list - guy told me that money will be send tomorrow, however then he said it should be within a week time - to be honest as soon as I'm on the list I don't care that much as I know that eventually I will get paid.
