Capital picks politicans. It does more in USA than elsewhere, but it does it aswell abroad. So your generation will aswell find participants to fill in and those will be the ones to do shit nothing. they probably have already pushed it past the politicians time to act in greek parliament. thats would be a default. dragis already said he was basing ecb help on imf loan.. atm its not looking good for a deal approved before the payment deadline..

They tried to stop me out of my dollar shorts and got damn close. Expecting Carney to bullish in his speech soon and looking for a good move on the GBP. E/U playing games at the moment...needs break back above 1.1195 ish for me, otherwise I'll close it out for 30-40 pips or so

No mate. That is very short term field of view. Generations vary a lot. It is a bit distored here in Europe due to mess in 20th century - many elites from the east a) got imprisoned/killed b) left to US. But if you have a look at US for example, where you have (kinda) same system for few centuries, you can watch how poilitics evolve. My english was not good enough to manage to read whole book, as is a bit complex, but if you found yourself time, give a shot to Strauss & Howe - Generations. Those are two US professors - one historitian and one economist - examining generation evolution through US history. Long story ultrashort, you have 4 types of generations. Starting after crash - 1) has ideas 2) makes capital from ideas 3) "privileged" - born with huge capital and wont share with anyone and system becomes oligopolized (right now) 4) Says fuk you all rich asses and revolts... and again and again.

Speaking of which - whole generation cycle is about 80+ years. Kondratieff waves are 90 years. With crash 1930 - long term cycle pointing to revolution +- 2010 - 2020. Winter is coming.

Services reported that if the Greek government will agree quickly on a series of economic and budgetary reforms indicated by the creditors, they will submit to an additional 12 billion euros in aid. Transfer would be completed by November, and the IMF would have to make a loan of 3.5 billion euros.

quite some questions about this move - not that i complain

- price lurked around 1.1200 for days. then people say one more touch @ 1.1204 and it dropped like a rock
- after that, it bounced immediately 35 pips back

anyone can explain please ?

one of the major reasons i scalp ( successful for my expectations ) is that i don't understand such moves. i'd like to improve further.

does this mean greece may not be able to borrow money from the ecb, so they can pay the imf?

i dont see a problem paying one credit card off with another. back in the day, it was called voodoo economics. it worked well. all though up till that point. more was spent at that time, then the 200 years before combined.

Ill have to dissagree on this one. You know why? Becouse of 2000 years of history, one thing we know traders is that history repeats a lot and sure hell does repeat in politics. Wealthy individuals participating in politics, being thrown into game that is trend that was established in ancient times of Greek states, Roman empire, followed trough all the way where we are now. Roman empire had good exmaples where wealthy individuals at top of their game thrown into pile of politics (and some exceptions like Crasus who no matter what become same part of elite) who were doing exactly the way politics is being run and handed to by people today. And generations that came after that people didnt change anything until Caesar come, but heck they killed him for changing things for who was able to participate and run in senate. We saw that with JFK aswell (likely). New generations, same shit. Those who are on top of the game dont let anyone change the game, no matter how young new generations are becouse power wielding is setted in stone. And then there was Genghis empire that pretty much facted on same principles along with his old sons, and there were Chinese in times of Ming where this pratice of rich oligarchs was practiced shitloads, and then there was Japan when imperialists came and gave pretty much power of strongest armies/control of land/laws into hands of few oligarchs and overthrown Shoguns, and then there was same in Nordic state in times of William, and you can go and name as many exameples as you want. Empires have tactical historical establisment to come into independent country, overthrown the "state" and then settle people who were on "right" side in highest parts of economy and politics. In my country they are called tajkuns, in some other oligarchs and in some other just...politicans. Young generations dont stand a chance. And then when those people grow old, bum there is another war, another reshaping of economy and politics and same people are loaded again, with exception that those people were back then young and "someones generation".
